Photo of a "Windmill Farm" taken between Post and Snyder, Texas, last year sometime. Look closely to see the windmills on the top of the mesa (see my comments below about needing a better camera!)

Another Grand-twins update photo. DD took it with her cell phone camera. The boys are now 12 lbs each, after starting out at 4.9 and 5.1. From the looks of the photos, they are hearty eaters! :)
Yes, you read it right! I am almost halfway done with the fat bottom bag, and got a wild hair to start another project (in the middle of the night last night, when I woke up and couldn't sleep) that I have been wanting to start. I can show a photo of the second project right now, but as I get further along, it will have to wait until the end to be shown or talked about, so a certain "someone" won't know exactly what they are getting as a gift. And they will probably partially guess it right anyway, just from seeing this......

Here's an interested observer (above) and an updated photo of my Grand-twins (below)!

The last one I made was with leftover stashed Noro yarn, (see below), and while it turned out o.k., I didn't like how limp it looks and feels, and I have decided I don't like the color of the other purple wool that I used for the purse handles when I ran out of the Noro. I will be making the new one using up more "stash", but this time using the old "stiff yarn" standby....Redheart Yarn, in the "Watercolor" colorway. I am hoping I will like this one more!
